Bad service :(

After two weeks of ordering a part for my ps4 controller, I haven’t received an email to say that my order has been shipped and then contacted them on WhatsApp to ask when my order will be delivered, then I was told that my order was damaged that’s why they couldn’t deliver it. I'm disappointed by the communication of this company, I am yet still waiting to be refunded, every time I have to follow up and they tell me they’ll approve my refund request but nothing happens.
