Bad Product Quality

Great service at first as a walk in customer but MacBook Pro charger conveniently lasted a few weeks longer than their 6 month warranty. When a replacement was requested as a show of good faith 30% discount was offered by the owner (on another potentially faulty charger) who said to me telephonically “You can’t expect our generic to last as long as an original charger”....and “do the maths”. The age old saying applies that you get what you pay for! Once bitten, twice shy
