Absolute worst service ever. Mickey Mouse company....

Worst company ever to deal with. I ordered a screen for a cellphone as advertised on their website. They delivered very quickly and I was impressed. Opened the package and it was the wrong screen. Phoned them immediately on was directed to their whats app. I did that. I had to send through the details. Did that and no response. Send a ticket through their website. No response. Got hold of them again on whats app. Was informed they looking into the matter. No response. Messaged again. Was told i would have the replacement screen that afternoon or by the latest the next morning. No delivery. Contacted them again. Response.......checking. After that no response. Requested an exchange through their website. To date no response. Still pending.....Sent through another ticket asking one of the managers to contact me. I will not hold my breath for a response. Stay away and rather buy though companies that have a proven track record. Worst service ever.
