A waste of time

Needed a laptop keyboard and sent all pictures and info to an employee on whatsapp. Employee confirmed that they have stock and that I can come through to collect. When I got there it was the wrong keyboard that was confirmed and employee said they will have stock in 3 days time. I enquired the fourth day to find out if the keyboard has arrived and the employee told me they still waiting on stock. I wasted my time going through to the parow branch and though disappointed was willing to give them a chance because I needed the keyboard. The business had me on whatsapp and never had the decency to follow up with me as I only found out when I enquired. Almost 3 weeks has passed and I have not heard from anyone. Unacceptable and unprofessional as a business. Service sucks!
