5months waiting for nothing

Its been more than 5 months and i have still not received certain items on order *** and ***. Every month or so i follow up and i am told of some delay or the items have almost arrived. Only to realise that another month has passed and nothing has actually materialised... I dont understand why i must always initiate any communication with this company everytime... This is definitely the worst customer service i have ever experienced
