I ordered an Android TV box, my first purchase from this company but the price was good. Three days later they couriered it to my work, I received a mail saying it had been delivered and signed for. I opened the package at home only to find out it was the wrong device. Not just the wrong device but the wrong brand.

How do you send the wrong brand, it doesn't even look similar. I logged a return the same night. The next morning it still displayed "pending approval". I contacted them via WhatsApp (why should I waste airtime) they immediately send me another number to contact (which is not suspicious at all).

Took an hour to get a response. Finally the rep asks me where I am based, then said I should return the wrong device to their nearest branch... What, why should I be paying for their mistakes. I refused, requested they deliver the correct device and collect the wrong one at the same time. His response was "we are looking into it, we'll get back to you".

Pathetic service, truly ***********. I guess when you buy from Pay Cheap, you get what you pay for...
