PayBay

Twice at Waterstone Health Shop, Somerset West have payments needed to be reversed in the space of a month. Due to a faulty service offered by these mugs, I have had my card blocked - with no accountability taken by PayBay. This is pathetic, to say the least. Most banks have a feature to prevent ********** activity in the form of blocking cards once too many attempts (more than 3) have been made to process a payment. I now have to spend time and money to correct their mistake. This poor service also negatively impacts the businesses that use them. Surely PayBay should be taken to task for their inefficiency and inconvenience?
