Kindly assist us with the company called Pay2serf.com apparently these a deduction happen this morning around 2am and have noticed this morning, it's unacceptable for them to deduct so much money we didn't we don't even know about

We didn't purchase anything on our side since last night now waking up and getting such message we not happy about
