Unauthorised debiting on my bank account

This person or company debit R399 off my bank account 15 April 20015 and I have no idea what it is. I went to the bank explained my situation and luckily they could reverse it. My concern is I received an SMS an immediately realised something is not right, what about victims that does not check their bank account statements?????
