Unauthorised debiting of my bank account

I noticed that my account balance was not as I was expecting it to be after making numerous transactions. I logged in and realised that there was a R399 debit which I know nothing about. I logged onto my account and saw that it was Paysoft CC where the money went to. According to my account, they have previously tried to debit for the same amount on the 23rd January for the same amount and the transaction was unsuccessful as I did not have money in my account. I have no idea who these people are and what the R399 is for. I went to their webpage and found the details for Hennie le Roux (email)and their customer care to inquire, I am still waiting for a response. I have not authorised PAYSOFT or anyone to debit my account- I wonder why my own bank FNB did not phone me before authorising the transaction, especially that FNB has had complaints from clients before about this company. I hope Hennie whoever he is- refunds my money. Why is the NCR not closing down companies like PAYSOFT thriving on de*****ing people especially that it works with a very big bank like ABSA??? UTTERLY DISGUSTED!
