Erroneous debit order

I also have had a debit order initiated on my ABSA account ERRONEOUSLY. Two deductions made , 30Nov and 30 Dec. I complained to ABSA who looked into it. This company has only credited me with one premium so far. HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE ARE GETTING ********** ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO DONT CHECK THEIR ACCOUNTS REGULARLY EG living overseas
