Poor Customer Service and Over charges from Pay JustNow

I was overcharged by payjust now for items l purchased from Pick n Pay Clothing at Clearwater Mall on the 1st Of August. It turned the total that was processed was my pin number and which caused the total to be way high than the actual. The Assistant Manager at Pick n Pay tried calling them and after long wait on hold nobody answered. I then tried they chat and email. Nelisiwe & Gcobisa from the chats promised to assist and they both did not. This company keep on deducting money l did not spend on my account, you can't stop them or even get help. People should be very careful and if anyone know how l can actually get help, please share.
