Unauthorized/without consent deductions debited to my credit card by DSTV

Checked my credit card debits recently and found 3 debits that were unauthorised deductions and with out my consent.Dates 4th & 28th Sept as well as the 2nd September total R2395.00. After investigation Pay at Services work for MultichoiceDSTV who authorised them to debit my credit card. I do not owe DSTV any money and pay my a/c monthly on time. Pay at Services acknowledge they paid the funds deducted to DSTV and by email asked me to collect it from them[DSTV]. Will also take this matter to the Ombudsman.Shocking service and passing of the buck from Pay at Services.Any advice from you out there of how to get my money back from these ****s who do not care about us the consumer that keeps them in there jobs.Thanks Charles Pay at Services ref no ***
