Pay@ Failure

DSTV use this compnay to process credit card transactions for their online payments. My DSTV services were suspended yesterday due to debit order returning. I immidiately went to DSTV website to online payment and paid the amount owing with my credit card. Credit Card payments should be instant. I received a payment succesful note from the back but neither DSTV nor Pay@ have any record of my payment. They askend me send proof of payment which I have done but still nothing.
