Extreme bad service from Pay As You Copy

We have had a rental printer with PAYC for more than two years and in this period the machine has been standing idle for more than 8 months in total. Their business model states that they must supply the cheapest printers to justify their prices. This is utter ****. Since September 2014 we have had issues with obtaining components, no response on service queries and bad service from the upper management in Bloemfontein.<br> After they eventually replaced the broken printer it only worked for about a week before it too broke irreparably<br> They then committed to bring a complete different model and we waited almost a month for delivery. Guess what? The machine arrived without the necessary networking components, no software and a damaged motherboard! To summarize I would highly recommend avoiding PAYC for business purposes and rather go with the more established printer rental companies.
