PAYADMINISTRATOR SUCKS, DONT USE THEM

I pay a monthly fee of R303.00 to pay administrator for absolutely no service. Due to this I was contacted by SARS for outstanding IRP5's for my staff for 2010. When after days of battling to sort this out with Pay admin, who supposedly submitted the documents I get sent an invoice to resubmit something that was supposed to be done in 2010, that I paid for first time around. I found this wrong and contacted Management a week ago, since then I have sent the same email 3 times and still no response. Besides the past cases where it takes days at times to get answers due to the same excuses of 'the phone line or email being down\. They have this fancy website showing how great they are
