withdrawal issue

i'm having an issue with paxum i have funds in my account since the 24th of august but it refusing to withdraw my money it says my account is limited i contacted support several time but they told me my account is under review and there's no time frame i need to pay my rental everyone else who had the same problem on the 24th the issue was resolved the same day
