UTTERLY USELESS AND UNRELIABLE

if one had the option to not give a rating and still write a review that would be great cos these guys deserve nothing just of a lesser or no star at all. Been with these guys for a long time,whiles waiting for my card i kept transferring my money tru to a friends paxums account so i could recieve it... these guys just decided to close my account for no reason and sent me this email

"We are reaching out to you in regards to your account status with us. As per our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to close an account at any time. We have taken the decision to close yours with immediate effect due to a breach in our Terms of Service.

Unfortunately, we do not have any further information about this decision. As well, please note that we will not be able to open a Paxum account for you in the future.

Kind regards, Paxum" I mean who does that, they don't even have any futher information..it's like punishing a child and saying we punishing you but we donty have a conclusive reason why.y'all better close dopwn that company
