Instant payment delayed

I am so disappointed with paxum I made a withdrawal 8 hours ago of which was supposed to be an instant deposit to my account since I used external withdrawal option I still haven't received my money people that also made the same withdrawal with me they already received their money accordingly instantly when I contacted them they told me it's a maintenance how come it is only app**** to my account
