Disappointing Stay with Poor Service

I recently stayed at Paxton Luxury Apartments and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

First, I requested a king-size bed but was given two single beds instead. Additionally, I was promised parking for my hired car, but I had to park outside and no arrangements were made as promised.

The situation worsened at checkout when I was refused my deposit. I was asked to handwash dirty towels before receiving my cash deposit back, which was unacceptable.

Overall, the service was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
