Excellent service..Home away from home!!

We'd like to send a HUGE APPRECIATION to the following ladies: Ira, Sisipho, Placentia, bomkazi and Zanele the lovely cleaner.

Our stay at the Paxton Hotel was/is incomparable. On our 1st day learning about my birthday the next day from arrival and celebrating our 4th anniversary with my partner. We were surprised by a platter of fresh fruit, chocolate and a bottle of red wine in our room on arrival. Everything was made so convenient for us from 1st day until our departure. I highly recommend this hotel our international guests and locals.

Mam'Zanele impressed me more when she provided my partner a cup of fresh coffee, after she served coffee to him the previous. Her memory is on point! And she is so warm to us. All staff we interacted with were very helpful and went the extra mile by giving us excellent service.

Paxton hotel is clean and stylish, from reception until to their rooms. Paxton Hotel is my home whenever I visit P. E.
