ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY 😡

My brother sent me a parcel through this company from Mthatha in the Eastern Cape to Middelburg in the EASTERN CAPE! I specifically wrote F****n EASTERN CAPE on the address so that they don’t miss it. Not surprisingly, a few minutes later I get a message saying my parcel is being sent to Thembisa Mall, which is where? F****n MPUMALANGA. So I called back and told my brother to go back and have them change the destination as this was wrong. The lady (let’s call her A) insisted that this was correct and that the parcel would in fact be received in Eastern Cape, that “THEMBISA MALL” was just a reference on the system. FINE!! Few days later, my parcel is in Mpumalanga😡😡. Then I was told the parcel would be sent back to the sender, and that I would need to pay for another delivery 😡😡😡. WHAT THE ACTUAL F***? The lady I spoke to at Paxi said that this is their process, and they could not give me A’s name as the person who handled this delivery or hold her accountable. So PAXI and PEP basically ****** me. It was just R100 but for me the principle matters. I suppose the poorness of the service is to be expected. You get what you pay for. I would advise anyone to stay away from these people. Use The Courier Guy instead. They are the same price with 10 times more reliability and accountability.
