Your Systems in place need work

Guys you need to just stop with paxi you obviously cant handle the simple ability to do parcel delivery stop the embarrassment, you do not teach your staff how to use the systems causing massive headaches for them and your customers..

why on your paxi FAQ does it say the recipient doesn't need to provide ID only the OTP but they will say the system cannot move forward with out it? i would rather do a DNA test it would be quicker then trying to send and receive parcels with PAXI

rather walk into TCG and spend R85 for ECONO 1-3 day delivery rather, i mean guys please look at your systems they are way to complicated and take far too long you have so much competition and being R20 cheaper can only get you so far
