Wrong delivery address

I have been waiting for a parcel that was sent from Thavhani mall Thohoyandou, on the 13th April I received an sms notifying me that it is ready for collection at PEP centurion mall. When I got there it was a wrong parcel which had different ref numbers mine included. Called Paxi from the store and they told me that it would be rectified the following week Monday but I am still waiting for close to a month now. Did follow up and was told different stories saying it was a mistake from the courier which was RAM. I called RAM and they advised that they received the parcel exactly like that. Now Paxi is ignoring me. The inconvenience is too much and the service is pathetic. I want my parcel that was delivered to Randfontein instead of PEP centurion mall.
