Worst way to send a parcel

(P5831) PEPHOME ALBERTON STEELEDALE Shop 22 Steeledale Shopping Centre This is the shop I collect from but every time the driver does it wrong and sends it to alberton city. Speak to consultant over the whattsapp as the phone number don't exist they tell me they can't send it from the one branch to another as the sender must send it again and they have to pay again to send it. So this is a money making story as branch to branch not that far from each other and their drivers need to read the parcels correctly.
