Worst service ever!

PAXI COURIER is the worst , I wouldn't even recommend anyone to use the service. One of the staff at pep kept my parcel to herself ! Hence I never recieved an SMS with a tracking code or OTP because the parcel never left pep. When I went to enquire I was given a number to call as if she didn't know what happened to my parcel!
