Worst service ever

Iv sent a parcel from wonderboom junction to go to dobsonville on the 12th September , on day 9 I received a call from Boitumelo from paxi telling me my parcel went to Limpopo by mistake, she made arrangements that it's sent back to me at a store of my choice since i don't need it to go to dobsonville anymore, she made arrangements today it's the 4tg October I receive a message that my parcel arrive at dobsonville 😭, when I call them they say they can't arrange anything or even refund me I have to wait 14dayvla for my parcel to be sent back to wonderboom than only then they can arrange for ur to get to me. I have never been treated so badly by a company in my life. I will never ever use their services, I'm actually disgusted, I will make sure I write about them on all my social media platforms Mxm.
