Worst service

Worst service ever my brother sent me a parcel from Middelburg to Phalaborwa instead of taking my parcel to Nelspruit then Phalaborwa you take it to Johannesburg then after some few days you take my parcel to Nelspruit on top of that you send me a notification at 18:20 telling me that my parcel is ready for collection. PEP closes at 17:00 how will I collect my parcel at night.
