WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I would honestly give PAXI zero stars if I could. This has been the worst experience ever.

My parcel has been delayed for more than the expected working days with absolutely no updates since the 25th of March. I’ve called multiple times, and every time it’s the same story , the call centre agents and even the supervisors are a complete waste of time. No one seems to know what’s going on or how to actually help.

At one point, I was told my parcel is sitting in a “lost hub,” which is beyond unacceptable. After all the back and forth, they promised it would be delivered today… and guess what? Still nothing.

This has been nothing but frustration and wasted time. I would strongly advise anyone: don’t ever use PAXI.
