Worst experience ever

PAXI is the worst courier company ever, I suggest no one uses it at all, my parcel got lost, I went to PEP a few times the lady called them and they said they can't find it. I am so upset cause the parcel is important. They unreliable and I will never use their services again. I wish their business gets closed down.
