WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA

My package was delivered to the delivery PEP on the 21/12/2020. The person sending the package chose the R59.99 package (7-9 working days). I am still waiting for the package to be delivered, as it is already 10 working days later. I phoned PAXI to find out whether I can pick it up at the Delivery destination and that they could keep the package, they refused (understandable), but when paying for a service you expect certain levels of service from a business. I WILL NEVER use PAXI again, and I won't recommend this delivery service to anyone else.
