Worst Delivery Service in SA

It is the worst parcel delivery service in SA. I have been sent my Matric Certificate through PAXI and it has been longer than the 9 days. I have missed the cut off date for my application to be accepted to the Technicon that i wanted to apply at. I have sent emails and contacted them but i have not gotten any feedback since. !!!!!!!STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE!!!!!!!!! Rather spend a few extra rands to use a real courier service.
