Worst delivery service ever.

I had so a bad experience with this delivery service. They have a call center however no one can sort mz parcels out and give me a answer on when I'm going to receive my parcel I've send on the 06 July already as the staff of pep blue Route Mall first send my packages to the wrong address now no one is bothered that my family on the other side that needs to recive it is without food. This is the worst company I had to deal with.
