Worst Courier Sevices. Disappointing 😞

Dont waste your time, money and precious cargo with Pep's Paxi service or NO SERVICE! Staff are clueless. They can't assist and can only tell you what the online tracking service says. A small little girl will be celebrating her birthday without a gift she has been told would have arrived on the 19th of September acvording to Paxi. We even requested to collect the parcel at the Hub in George...but that is not allowed. Shame on you!
