Worst courier service from Paxi!!!

Paxi courier service is the worst courier service in the country. My parcel was sent on the 29 May 2019 from Umtata, to be delivered at Kwa-Nobuhle in Uitenhage. Sender told me it will take 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Its the 18 June 2019 and still no parcel. Of which I was suppose to use the parcel content on the 16 June 2019. I just contacted a consultant at the Paxi call center and she gave me another sob story and was unfriendly and impatient with me. I'm really annoyed and ****ed off at Paxi courier services for their poor and terrible service. Which I adviced the sender to never use it again when I purchase goods from her coz it's affecting her business. I been contemplating to cancel the order from the sender, but I feel bad for her coz she's a friend and she trusted Paxi courier services to deliver on time. And I don't want to place a bad name for her business. She should use another service to courier her business goods. I doubt I'll even get a response from Paxi courier services regarding this complaint but if they do they can email me: ********** Dissatisfied and extremely annoyed at Paxi courier service!!! And I will never use their service ever!
