Worst courier service ever

I have sent a package to Bloemfontein I am in Capetown. The estimated date of arrival was the 12th of February today is the 14th and the package was still not delivered. I had sent it on the 30th of January. All the agents keep telling me is that there is a delivery delay and it's still with the couriers which is f****** annoying because it's already late and they don't seem to take me seriously.
