Worst courier service

Guys if you can please use other courier services, they are useless and their call centre is the worst ever. They failed to pick up my parcel for 11 days, when I called they told me not to panic because it hasn't reached estimated date of delivery. On the day of the estimated date of delivery when I called they apologized and the parcel was still not picked up. The parcel started moving 2 days after estimated dated of delivery,it had been waiting to be collected by them for 13 days. Unfortunately It wasn't my choice but the seller uses PAXI but terrible service. When you call they call centre u get a different story everytime and no1 seems to be clued up.
