worst courier company ever

Paxi, what a horrible service you are providing lately. my parcel was supposed to be here on the 15th December and still even today i haven't heard nor received my parcel. all that i get from you is that my parcel is still with courier, and i should wait for 72hours to contact you.

paxi i want my parcel, there are important documents in there that were supposed to be with me long ago.
