Worst courier company

How do you explain this? I received 2 Paxi references of R60 a bag each with 7-9 working days, one was sent at 11:07 and the other one at 11:27,one was sent from Klerksdorp and the other from Lichtenburg on the same day. The one from Klerksdorp arrived in 5 working days on the 10th,today it is the 16th which is the 9th working day and I have not received my parcel which was sent on the 3rd before the 15h00 they mentioned on their policies and procedures, Somebody please explain to me where is fast and reliable here? There is no consistency in this company cause it is not the first time, This is the worst courier company.
