Worst case ever
I have been waiting for my package for nearly two weeks now . The first and last sms I received was when the package was been received at PEP Riversdale . That was 16/08/2024 . Nothing since then , I tried the WhatsApp line no communication from them , when I track it it shows that it’s still with courier till to date . This package was supposed to be in delivered 29/08/2024 . What is it that I must do to get this resolved? Why is this still with the courier: D***

I’m amazed and annoyed by the level of disrespect and incompetence. Zikhona decided to end the chat when I asked why was I not informed
