Worse service I ever received from a coerier company

Will never recomend this to any one I'm a first time user and I'm so disappointed. My parcel god dropped of at Vosloorus three weeks ago after a week I called to track the parcel just to discover that it is missing. After 2 weeks the parcel was found in the same shop nicely hide away. So the parcel was resend to me again a week ago every since I've spent more than R300 to find out where the parcel is with out any successes. They lie about their working hours and made several promises to get back to me. Tomorrow is the wedding of my client and I sadly had to refund some of their money other stuff I had to buy in for much more than I qoutes my customer so if anything I will say stay as far away as possible from them specifically if you an entrepreneur still building your business.
