Worse delivery service ever😡😡😡😡

I sent a package from Centurion to Port Elizabeth via Paxi and paid for the 3-5 day delivery.Day 5 was yesterday and when tracking it via their WhatsApp they told me the courier was taking it to the store,and it was still within a valid delivery time.Today I called then because up until late last night I never received an sms saying the parcel was delivered to the store.The first call centre agent told me the parcel was indeed with the driver and it was a bit delayed.I called again for the second time two hours later and spoke to a different call centre agent for her to tell me my parcel was never in Port Elizabeth it was dropped off in Bloemfontein and only now it was being taken back to the hub so that it can be taken to P.E.No one bothered to inform me of this mistake at all,no one even tried to call the person who was supposed to receive the package.I am very very angry and disappointed in PAXI
