Worse Courier Service Ever

Worst service ever

I sent parcels from Johanessburg to Cape Town on 30 June and still havent received it. My parcels has been sent to Nelspruit instead of Cape Town.

There is no management available and call centre agents do not know what they doing. They keep on saying they have sent an e-mail to the couriers and they will get back . No one ever gets back to you.
