WHERE IS MY PARCEL
I sent 2 parcels on the 3rd of August and the other parcel was delivered and collected on the 5th Aug whereas the 2nd parcel was last captured on the 4th Aug even now I've just checked and there is no update.
It's an urgent parcel hence I paid R240 for them to be delivered 3-5 days. I chatted on whatsapp with someone named Ethan and he was worse than your whatsapp robot. His answers were I don't and we don't work on weekends and public holiday and repeated that the whole time. I tried calling your call centre with no success and PEP staff were as useless as your people. I WANT MY PARCEL LASTEST BY TOMORROW. My baby doesn't have pampers, milk, wipes, toiletries and the clothing I sent her in good faith.

10 Aug 2021, 19:23My baby has no milk (1.8kg nan opti pro x2 are in that parcel for the whole month, 2 months toiletries or 9 wipes. None of your staff can tell me where the parcel is. I am broke and don't know what my baby will drink if you've lost that parcel. I would love to know how it got separated
