what you pay for is not what they promise 7 days vs 17 days

this courier service is turning out to be a collecting money **** . what we pay for is not the service we get . imagine sending parcel on 26 May 2026 n it only arrive to destination today after several call to customer care which keeps promising that the parcel will make it on time . worst part is when u try tracking the parcel it does not show any movement. we must spend money for paying the service and more money to call them every day because they don't update the customers .
