WHAT THE PAXI IS UP NOW?

Now I won't be dramatic and say don't use the services, well that's way out of my reach, I will say however that the service went from an absolute five star rating to a negative one rating. The Watsapp computerised communication is so Robotic and one way, the customer (me) being the ACTIVE communicated and receiving computerised responses which don't answer the question. I'm waiting for a parcel that was sent on the 7th of September, today is the 21st of September, over a 7 - 9 day period, you do the Math. PEP make sense of this immediately please? It's dissapointing and it's affecting my business in a sense that I stock up in one province and sell at another, the courier is "My Middle man" and I bet for a fact on God that there are no insurances in place to cover costs of damages caused by the incompetence and inconsistency.
