WHAT DISRESPECT!!

My dad went to pep paledi mall to send a parcel to Johannesburg he was asked to provide the shop code on saying he did not know he was told that it’s not their job to give him the code since he is the one requesting the service. I have used paxi a lot n this is the first time I hear of such *******. They always ask which pep then I confirm n they do the rest. How is he to know a code for a pep in Boksburg I stay here n do not know the code. Please advice your staff not to take out their frustrations on customers
