We expected to get our Parcel today or an SMS for collection

We expected to get our Parcel today or an SMS for collection. After tracking our Parcel through their app which says Our Parcel was on its way to us here in Mahikeng PEP Stores (The Crossing Mall).We were informed on the 18th that our expected date of delivery was today. It shows that the parcel was dropped on the 26 August 2025. Upon inquiring from the PAXI they informed us that the Sender apparently changed my wife's cell phone number & replaced it with someone else nr that's why we are not going to receive Our Parcel anymore.When contacted the Sender She is quite surprised & claimed She never did it. We are confused & don't know what the truth is.
