Waiting for claim to be processed for almost 2 weeks

My parcel got lost between Pep & Paxi, none of the them are taking responsibility. I'm a customer that needs help,still waiting for my claim to be processed 😭 nothing is being done. I'm tired of contacting Paxi, none of your agents are coming back to me as promised
