VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DONT RECOMMEND PAXI

I was supposed to receive a parcel on 20 January 2026, and to this day I still haven’t received it. I’ve been given multiple, conflicting updates — first that the parcel is still at the hub, then that delivery couldn’t be completed because it wasn’t found at the store, and then that the courier had an issue picking it up. None of these explanations align with each other or clarify what actually happened to my parcel. This service is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend using Paxi at all. Your items are likely to go missing, and no meaningful effort is made to resolve the issue.

Do yourself a favour and avoid Paxi at all costs. If you value your money and your items, use literally any other delivery service. If I could wouldn’t rate it any stars.
